Frequently asked questions
Does ResiPlan make us DORA compliant?
No software can do that on its own. ResiPlan maps DORA requirements (ICT risk, incidents, testing, third parties, information sharing) to the modules where the work is done, and gathers the evidence you present to your supervisor. Compliance remains the responsibility of the regulated entity.
Who is ResiPlan for?
Consultants and advisory firms who run continuity engagements for several clients (operator mode, one isolated workspace per client), and continuity managers of mid-size organisations who run the programme in-house.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes for structured data: your registers (processes, assets, risks and more) can be imported from a CSV or Excel file. Word and PDF plans are not converted automatically: you rebuild them from the BIA, starting from pre-filled drafts.
Is data hosted in the EU?
Business data is stored in the EU: the database runs on Convex's EU deployment (AWS, Ireland) and the web servers at OVHcloud in France. Some services rely on US-based providers — transactional email and the default AI providers — under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and an EU-only AI option is available per organisation. Which frameworks are covered?
ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, NIST CSF and national frameworks (CyFun, BSI, ANSSI, ENS, BIO, FNCS), with cross-mapping where an official correspondence table exists. For risk assessment: ISO 31000/27005, EBIOS RM, FAIR, Bow-Tie and other methods.
