Unite · five profiles

Unite without uniformity.

A company and its sites, a group and its subsidiaries, a municipality and its departments, a firm and its clients: ResiPlan connects whoever leads with those who act. Each keeps its own processes, plans and data; the lead sees the whole.

The principle

One lead, many entities, a shared foundation

  • One lead

Head office, the municipality, the firm or the continuity team sets the method, launches the campaigns and follows everyone's progress.

  • Entities that stay in charge

Subsidiaries, members and clients each work in their own space, with their own users and rights. In a company or a municipality, every site, department and business line owns its processes.

  • A shared foundation

The same impact analysis method, the same scales, the same frameworks: results compare and consolidate.

Five profiles

Which profile are you?

Look at who leads and who is brought together: that decides the licence, and the unit you pay on.

  • Company

One organisation, its sites and business lines

    Leads
The continuity team, the BCM manager
    Brings together
    Sites, departments, process owners

One organisation, several business lines to move forward together: BIA campaigns with process owners, plans per site, one shared crisis cell.

  • Group & subsidiaries

A head office and its subsidiaries

    Leads
    Head office
    Brings together
    Subsidiaries, countries, brands

    Leads
The municipality: mayor, emergency planning coordinator, safety cell

  • Consultants & firms

    A firm and its clients

  • Networks & federations

A network head and its members

    Leads
The network head: federation, franchisor, consortium
    Brings together
    Independent members

A shared method offered to members, each in its own space; the network head follows everyone's progress.

    On quote
    by number of members
Pricing by profile

Each profile priced on the unit that fits it

A company grows with its needs, a group with its entities, a firm with its clients, a municipality with its population. The price follows the same logic, so it never penalises the way you are organised.

Prices excl. VAT. Company plans and the operator licence are bought online, except the tiers on quote; the group licence, the local authority offer and networks are quoted.

And the others?

Networks, federations, consortiums

A trade federation, a franchise network, a hospital group, an inter-municipal company: the network head wants a shared method, while each member stays in charge of its own house.

For example

  • Trade federations and professional associations
  • Franchise and dealer networks
  • Hospital groups and care networks
  • Cooperatives and mutual societies
  • Inter-municipal companies

The licence follows the tie with members

  • Independent members: the network head supports them the way a firm supports its clients, each in its own isolated space. That is the operator licence.

  • Entities controlled by the network head: that is a group, with the group licence.

FAQ

Questions about profiles

How do I know which profile is mine?

Look at who leads and who is brought together. A single organisation: Company. A head office and its subsidiaries: Group. A municipality and its departments: Municipalities. A firm and its clients: Consultants. A network head and independent members: Networks. If in doubt, the demo starts from your real organisation.

Can we start as a company and become a group later?

Yes. Your organisation becomes head office and keeps its data; subsidiaries are added, each in its own space. Head office then moves to the plan of the group's entities (Enterprise M).

Can an entity see the others' data?

No. Each subsidiary, member or client has its own space, with its own users and rights. Only the lead has the overall view.

Why a different price per profile?

Because each profile grows on a different unit: a company on its needs, a group on its entities, a firm on its clients, a municipality on its population. Billing a group as so many separate companies would penalise every subsidiary added: the price follows the unit that fits you.

Can a consultant support municipalities?

Yes, with one space per municipality supported: €990 per municipality supported, per year.

Where is the data?

In the European Union, whatever the profile.
