Each additional entity costs less. Split by company, country or brand without being penalised.

How the price is built

    Headquarters and a first batch of entities, with group oversight, Microsoft Entra ID sign-in and support.

    Additional entities

    A per-entity price that decreases in steps. An entity added mid-year is billed pro rata.

    Onboarding

    A one-off fixed price: data migration, group methodology, directory, training.

    Options

    Modules not included are activated entity by entity; extra AI credits and on-call support on top.
