Groups & subsidiaries

One parent company. Every subsidiary.

Headquarters sets the method and consolidates; each entity keeps its own workspace, data and users. Built for groups that run their own entities, not for consultants serving clients.

What headquarters gets

Four things a group needs that a single company does not

Consolidated dashboard

The continuity indicators of every entity on one screen: BIA coverage, plans, exercises and open actions, entity by entity. Exported to Excel and PDF for the executive committee.

  • One line per entity, one consolidated score
  • Drill down into an entity without leaving the group view
  • Excel and PDF export

Group BIA methodology

Headquarters defines the impact grid once — criteria, time scales, levels — and pushes it to the entities. Each entity uses it as is, or adapts it if the group allows it.

  • One impact grid for the whole group
  • Locked or adaptable, entity by entity
  • Results comparable from one entity to the next

Headquarters BIA campaigns

Launch a BIA campaign across several entities at once, follow who has answered, send reminders, and see the progress of each entity.

  • One launch, several entities
  • Follow-up and reminders per entity
  • Contribution from business owners without a paid seat

Shared suppliers

When several entities depend on the same critical supplier, the group sees it: which entities, which processes, and how much of the group rests on one contract.

  • Concentration risk across entities
  • Shared services of headquarters mapped once
  • A read-only view: the entities' data stays theirs

Also in the group licence

  • Each entity's currency, one reporting currency for the group
  • Data isolated per entity, under its own rights
  • Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on and SCIM provisioning
  • Unlimited users: process owners and crisis teams are not charged

FAQ

Questions from groups

What is an entity?

An isolated workspace with its own data, users and rights. The group decides what it stands for: a company, a country or a brand. Headquarters is not counted.

Does headquarters see the entities' data?

Headquarters consolidates the continuity indicators of every entity and pushes its methodology. Each entity's data stays in its own workspace, under its own rights.

Can an entity be added or removed during the contract?

Yes. An added entity is billed pro rata for the remaining time; a removed entity stops being billed at renewal.

Does an optional module cover every entity?

No. A module outside the group licence is activated and billed entity by entity, only for the entities that need it.

Can a subsidiary keep its own subscription?

Yes. An entity already paying its own subscription keeps it; the group licence does not change it.

What if a subsidiary is sold?

Its data can be exported entity by entity, self-service, before its workspace is closed.

We already run an in-house tool. Can our data be migrated?

Yes: onboarding includes migration from Power Apps or CSV files, entity by entity, with reconciliation and undo.

Put headquarters and subsidiaries on the same method

The price depends on the number of entities and the onboarding scope: tell us how your group is organised.
